Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The Junior Suites we were assigned were spacious and modern, easily accommodating four adults. However, there was an initial issue with receiving the wrong room. The service was a bit rushed during drinks but impressive when helping us with dinner arrangements. The location was ideal for winding down for the weekend, though it would have been great if the hotel stayed open later. The dining experience ranged from cold and poorly set up to amazing, especially the breakfast buffet after a long drive. The facilities were generally good, with a notable cold meal compensated for Elite members and great bar snacks.
The hotel was a bit expensive, and the rooms were okay but a little dated, which made them uncomfortable for a visitor that was staying with us. The service, however, was kind, although they couldn't resolve my issue since we booked through a third party. The location was our favorite, where we spent most of our time, despite the limited opening hours around the hotel. The dining, which was supposed to be included, was overpriced, though the traditional dishes were unbelievable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was fantastic with a balcony overlooking the course and lake, striking the perfect balance between function and luxury. However, the door to our room was a bit difficult to open and close due to warping, which was a minor inconvenience. The service was excellent, with the staff being consistently friendly and apologetic for any issues. The location was fantastic, especially for families, and the dining experience, despite being a bit overpriced, was enjoyable with a great breakfast buffet. The facilities were well-kept, making my stay even more pleasant overall.
The hotel offered clean and well-appointed rooms, but the service was friendly with some delays. The location was convenient for families, though dining was overpriced. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel had magnificent rooms that were nice and clean, especially the Jr. Suites. The service was attentive and friendly, though an incident of giving an extra room key to a visitor was unacceptable. The location quickly became an ideal spot to wind down, with beautiful fire pits but had some issues with door warping. The dining experience was good but possibly overpriced, with burgers being a standout. The facilities were unbelievable, making it a big part of why guests return.
